Gardens House opened for the 2017/18 academic year, exclusively for UAL students and is less than a minute鈥檚 walk from Camberwell College of Arts.
Archwood House

Archwood House is a brand-new development opening in September 2022. The hall, which is exclusively for UAL students is within short walking distance to Camberwell College of Arts and has modern furnishings and features throughout the building.
YourTRIBE Peckham

Opening in September 2024, YourTRIBE Peckham is a new hall of residence offering modern student living. Located off Old Kent Road in the vibrant Peckham area, it has excellent transport links to Camberwell College of Arts and London College of Communication. The hall features a 24/7 onsite team with night concierge and free coffee every morning.
